This privacy policy explains how Will Mulholland ("I", "me") handles information when you visit willmulholland.com or use any personal automation app I operate (collectively, "the Services").

Who I am

I'm Will Mulholland, an individual based in Sydney, Australia. The Services are operated by me personally, not a company. If you need to reach me, email hello@willmulholland.com.

What information I collect

Different parts of the Services collect different things.

• Email address, if you subscribe to my newsletter or request access to gated content. Submitted by you, stored in Beehiiv.
• Standard analytics: pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type. Collected via PostHog. No third-party advertising cookies.

Personal automation apps (connected to my own accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok)

• The app authenticates only against my own social accounts using OAuth tokens issued to me.
• I do not collect, store, or process data from any other user's account.
• The app only reads and writes content I have personally authored.
• OAuth tokens are stored locally on devices I control, encrypted at rest, never shared with third parties.

What I do with it

• Newsletter emails: send you the newsletter you signed up for. That's it.
• Site analytics: understand which pages people find useful so I can improve them.
• Social automation: publish my own content to my own social accounts via official platform APIs.

What I do not do

• Sell your data. Ever.
• Share data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Access, collect, or process data from anyone's social accounts other than my own.
• Use AI services that store your data for training without explicit notice.

Third-party services I use

• Beehiiv email newsletter platform. Their privacy policy: beehiiv.com/privacy.
• PostHog product analytics. Self-hosted analytics-only configuration. Their privacy policy: posthog.com/privacy.
• Vercel hosting provider. Their privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Composio OAuth and API layer used by my personal social automation apps. Their privacy policy: composio.dev/privacy-policy.

How long I keep it

• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics events: 12 months rolling.
• OAuth tokens for my own social accounts: until I revoke them or rotate credentials.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what data I hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it all.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (there's a link in every email).

Email hello@willmulholland.com and I'll handle it within 14 days.

Cookies

The site uses PostHog's analytics cookies to count page visits. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

Children

The Services are not directed at anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't sign up.

Changes

If I change this policy materially, I'll update the date at the top and post a note to my newsletter.

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
